The law firm of Pinnola & Bomstein is a Philadelphia-based litigation practice, serving clients throughout the five-county Philadelphia metropolitan area.

The principals, Peter Pinnola and Michael Bomstein, each have decades of experience in trial and appellate matters. In 2006, Michael Bomstein settled a medical malpractice suit against the Veterans Affairs Medical Center for $2 million. Although plaintiff’s cases comprise a substantial portion of the firm's practice, Pinnola & Bomstein also defend individuals and companies that have been sued in state or federal courts. Our business litigation practice typically consists of breach of contact cases, partnership disputes, construction disputes, stock brokerage problems and complex litigation matters. Real estate litigation is also a substantial part of the firm's practice. Real estate lawsuits such as quiet title actions, partition proceedings and disputes over sale agreements are typical of cases successfully handled by the firm throughout the years.

Peter Pinnola practices primarily in the area of Social Security Disability, counseling claimants at the application stage, preparing for administrative hearings and handling all appeals, if necessary, before the Appeals Council and federal court.
