About Us
We are experienced Pennsylvania litigators, defending and pursuing clients' cases in state and federal courts. Our philosophy is simple: You, the client, deserve our respect and full attention. Pinnola & Bomstein represents clients in business litigation and disputes, real estate transactions and lawsuits, and Social Security Disability matters. See our Practice Areas.
Community InvolvementMike Bomstein has been actively involved in organized efforts to stop construction of the Mariner East hazardous liquids pipelines. Both as counsel and as a member of the Middletown Coalition for Community Safety he has advocated to protect the environment and to protect the rights of property owners in Delaware County.
An in-depth article on opposition to these hazardous liquids pipelines has been published in the Scottish publication The Ferret. Here is the link to a YouTube video of an interview with Bomstein from that article: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ywCBjuR082Q
An Established and Respected Law PracticeOur team has worked hard to build a solid reputation in Southeastern Pennsylvania. We are active in a number of civic organizations in Philadelphia County and Montgomery County. For many years, our firm was counsel to the Housing Association of Delaware Valley. We have also been deeply involved in pro bono activities, volunteering for the Philadelphia Bar Association's Volunteers for the Indigent Program (VIP), serving on the Boards of the Philadelphia Legal Assistance Corporation (PLA), and Community Legal Services (CLS). Additionally, we have developed ties to the local Chinese community and its business organizations.
We listen to our clients and care about the resolution of their legal problems. Our clients can be assured that we will always give our best — in business litigation, real estate cases, and Social Security representation. See our Case Profiles for examples of how our diligence and skill has resulted in favorable outcomes, and see what our clients say about Pinnola & Bomstein.
About Fees for RepresentationIn commercial representation, Pinnola & Bomstein ordinarily charges hourly rates for its services. In Social Security appeals and certain other matters, the firm charges on a contingency basis — no fee is paid unless the client obtains a recovery.
Philadelphia Business & Commercial Litigation LawyersOur Philadelphia business litigation attorneys welcome clients from throughout the mid-Atlantic region. We continue to represent clients from Connecticut, New York, Delaware and New Jersey who have been sued or need to bring suit in Pennsylvania. Out-of-state attorneys have found their clients in good hands at our firm. In recent years, we have successfully represented clients referred by out-of-state counsel in breach of non-compete suits; in real estate transactions; in a major real estate partnership case; in partnership disputes; and in quiet title litigation.
