Information for Attorneys
Pinnola & Bomstein is the ideal referral option for your Social Security Disability cases, or for consulting on such cases. Social Security Disability claims and appeals are handled by Peter Pinnola. Peter has represented disability claimants at the administrative level and on appeal for over 30 years. There are a number of ways in which Peter can assist fellow attorneys:
- You may refer a case and receive an appropriate referral fee.
- If your client's claim has been denied after an administrative hearing, Peter will review the decision and the record to identify grounds for appeal.
- You may also wish to consult with Peter at any stage of the proceeding for a claim in which you continue active representation. This can be done informally without charge or with a modest fee for more extensive consultation.
Mr. Pinnola has extensive experience and a demonstrated record of success in Social Security appeals. He has appealed administrative law judge decisions to the Appeals Council, the U.S. District Court (Eastern District of Pennsylvania) and the U.S. Court of Appeals (Third Circuit).
Attorney Pinnola recently prevailed in a precedent-setting case (Boone v. Commissioner) argued before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. This important appellate decision — relating to determinations of exertional levels and corresponding employment opportunities — resulted in substantial back benefits for the client, and helps hundreds of other Americans qualify for benefits in the future.
